- Because lighting and audio equipment are available, many types of performances are possible.
- An area for three wheelchairs is available. In addition, the side seats of the last row can be removed for additional wheelchair seating, should the need arise.
- The angle of the sounding board can be changed for various events.
- Note tables are affixed to the chairs, making it easy to take notes during meetings and conferences.

Relief (Howaie)
The title of the bronze relief is "L'energia dei giovani di HIDA",created by the sculptor Kawahara Ryusaburo.
It expresses "the youth of Hida flying out to the world."
